To get started on your application, you will go to our website www.frontierbk.com click the Lending Tab then Click Mortgage. Under the Mortgage, click the APPLY NOW button and you will be routed to a secured partner site to fill out the application. Once at the next site, click the Apply For A Loan Now button to start the application.

If you do not know what is needed to apply for a mortgage loan, the list of items below will help in filling out the application and making it go smoother. If you do miss something, it's okay, the loan officer will then call you to clarify or discuss.
Gather the below financial paperwork. (Lenders will also need copies of this paperwork for your loan.)

• 2 years of address history
• 2 months bank statements and retirement statements
• 2 years of employment and income information – a paystub and W2s
• Special Circumstances may require more information such as
  • Divorce decree
  • Proof of child support
  • Business or Personal tax return
