We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to Frontier Bank, an affiliate of Frontier Insurance & Realty.  Frontier Insurance & Realty may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform services on our behalf or to other entities with whom we have joint marketing agreements. Our agreements with those parties require them to use your information responsibly and limit their ability to share this information with other parties.

If you decide to no longer do business with Frontier Insurance & Realty or become an inactive customer, Frontier Insurance & Realty will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
